Carrying the main theme of GMKI 2025–2027, “Change! Discover God’s Love in the Pilgrimage!” (Luke 24:31–33 and Romans 12:2), as well as the sub-theme “Meeting in the Love of Friendship and Transforming Together with All Creation!”, this inauguration momentum reinforces the new board's commitment to presenting a movement that is transformative and relevant to the times.

Composition of the BPC GMKI Singaraja Board for the 2026–2027 Term

The leadership of BPC GMKI Singaraja for the 2026–2027 term is officially helmed by Mario Ernesto H. Remba Radja as Branch Chair, accompanied by Gresya Serly Ginting as Branch Secretary and Vincentia Paula as Branch Treasurer.

To strengthen the organization's operations, several cadres have been entrusted with leading various departments.

The Action and Service Department (Akspel) is led by Jhon Rabha as Department Chair, accompanied by Jeliana Simanullang as Department Secretary.

Meanwhile, the Organization Department (OR) is led by Janrigo Kaban as Department Chair, along with Ruth as Department Secretary.

The Cadre Education and Spirituality Department (PKK) is entrusted to Laudya C. Bella Siboro as Department Chair, accompanied by Loisa Pasaribu as Department Secretary.

Leadership as a Mandate of Service

Beginning his term, BPC GMKI Singaraja Branch Chair Mario Ernesto H. Remba Radja expressed his gratitude, pride, and emotion following the inauguration process.

He emphasized that the mandate of leadership is not merely an organizational ceremony, but a calling to serve alongside the entire board.

“First of all, there is certainly a sense of pride, emotion, and deep gratitude. Today's inauguration is not just an organizational ceremony, but an honor and a great responsibility entrusted to us and the entire BPC GMKI Singaraja board for the 2026–2027 term,” said Mario Ernesto when interviewed after the event.

According to him, leadership is not only about positions or status, but also a commitment to work and grow together.

“We realize that this mandate is not about positions or status, but about service. We are ready to work, learn, and grow together. I believe that with the spirit of togetherness, commitment, and faithfulness in service, we can make GMKI Singaraja an increasingly progressive and impactful organization,” he asserted.

Continuing the Values and Struggles of the Previous Board

Responding to the leadership relay, Mario Ernesto explained that organizational continuity does not mean starting all programs from scratch.

Instead, the new board has a responsibility to nurture and strengthen the positive values built by the previous leadership.

“For me, the leadership relay does not mean starting everything from scratch, but continuing the struggles and good values built by the previous board. We will maintain the spirit of kinship, solidarity, integrity, and the tradition of cadre development that has become an important part of GMKI Singaraja's journey,” he expressed.

He added that the various achievements of the previous board will serve as a foundation for carrying out future organizational programs.

“What is already good, we will maintain, and what still needs improvement, we will evaluate and enhance. I believe that every generation has its own era, but the spirit of struggle must be passed on,” he continued.

Mario Ernesto also emphasized that his board does not want to focus solely on executing work programs, but also on building a strong organizational foundation for the next generation.

“We do not want to be just a board that executes work programs, but we want to leave a strong foundation for the next generation of GMKI,” he added.

Strengthening Cadre Development as a Top Priority

In carrying out the 2026–2027 term, BPC GMKI Singaraja has established the strengthening of sustainable cadre quality as one of its top priorities.

The cadre development process will be directed toward strengthening spirituality, intellectuality, professionalism, character, and leadership capacity.

“Our top priority is to build sustainable cadre development. Because, for me, the greatest strength of an organization does not lie in the number of activities carried out, but in the quality of the cadres produced,” explained Mario Ernesto.

He hopes that cadre development will not only take place through formal organizational activities, but will become a continuous coaching process.

“We want to ensure that cadre development does not stop at formal activities, but becomes a continuous coaching process, starting from strengthening spirituality, intellectuality, professionalism, character, to the leadership capacity of the cadres,” he said.

According to him, GMKI Singaraja must be able to produce cadres who are not only active in internal organizational activities but also have the ability to take on strategic roles in society.

“We want to produce cadres who are not only active within the organization but also capable of taking on strategic roles in the church, universities, and society,” he continued.

In addition to strengthening cadre development, the new board is also committed to strengthening internal consolidation, enlivening intellectual discussion spaces, and expanding collaboration with various student elements, the government, and the community.

This step is expected to strengthen GMKI Singaraja's contribution in responding to various social issues and community needs.

Opening Spaces for Collaboration with Students and the Academic Community

Concluding his statement, Mario Ernesto invited all GMKI Singaraja cadres to be actively involved in the organization's journey throughout the term.

“My message to all GMKI Singaraja cadres is, let us make this term a space to grow, learn, and fight together. Do not just be a spectator in the organization's journey, but take part in it, because GMKI does not belong to one person or one board, but belongs to us all,” he advised.

He also invited all student elements and the academic community in Singaraja to strengthen communication, build collaboration, and establish cooperation in various fields.

“To all student elements and the academic community in Singaraja, we are opening the widest possible space to build communication, collaboration, and cooperation, because we believe that change cannot be achieved alone. It requires togetherness and the courage to take part,” he said.

Mario Ernesto realizes that the organization's journey over one term will not be free from various challenges. Nevertheless, he ensures that the entire board will strive to carry out their responsibilities as best as possible.

“We do not promise that this one-term journey will always be easy, but we are committed to giving our best. Because in the end, leadership is not about how long we hold a position, but about how meaningful our presence and service are for the organization, society, and the generations to come,” concluded Mario Ernesto H. Remba Radja.
