BOJONEGORO, JurnalPost.com – The demands of running a trading business mean that entrepreneurs need banking services that are easily accessible without requiring them to step away from their business activities. From verifying customer payments to transferring funds to suppliers, financial transactions have become an essential part of daily operations.

This convenience is experienced by Siska Fitriana, a merchant from Bojonegoro, East Java. As a Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) customer using a BritAma savings account, Siska utilizes the BRImo application to support her various business financial needs.

For Siska, digital banking services offer distinct advantages. Her busy trading schedule means she does not always have the time to visit a bank branch or an ATM whenever she needs to perform a transaction.

Through the BRImo application, she can access a range of banking services directly from her mobile phone, including checking balances, viewing transaction history, and making transfers for business purposes.

"As a business owner, I feel supported by BRImo. When I need to make a transaction or check incoming and outgoing funds, I can do it directly via my phone without having to go to an ATM," Siska explained.

BRImo Helps Monitor Business Financial Transactions

Running a trading business involves more than just buying and selling. Business owners must also ensure that cash flow remains smooth, especially when receiving payments from customers or meeting obligations to suppliers.

Siska noted that one feature that significantly helps her is the ease of monitoring account statements. By viewing her transaction history through BRImo, she can track the money entering and leaving her account.

This convenience makes the process of verifying payments much more practical. When she needs transaction information, Siska does not have to leave her place of business just to check her balance or print a statement at an ATM.

Furthermore, the transfer service within the application also facilitates payments related to her trading needs.

For business owners with packed schedules, time efficiency is crucial. The time previously spent traveling to an ATM can now be used to serve customers, prepare merchandise, or manage other operational needs.

Siska believes that using digital banking services makes business activities more flexible, especially when transactions need to be handled amidst the hustle of trading.

BritAma Savings Supports Banking Activities

In addition to using BRImo, Siska is a BRI BritAma savings account holder. She uses this savings product to support her daily banking transaction needs.

With her BritAma account linked to the BRImo service, she can access various digital banking features through a single application.

According to Siska, the combination of a savings account and a banking application allows her to conduct various transactions without being dependent on bank office hours.

This is highly relevant to the needs of merchants who have varying work hours. It is not uncommon for trading activities to take place from morning until night, leaving little time to manage banking needs.

Through digital services, certain transactions can be performed independently as long as the system and network are available.

Nevertheless, the ease of monitoring transactions via an app must be balanced with proper business financial record-keeping. Bank transaction history can serve as a reference for checking income and expenses, while records of sales and operational costs remain necessary to understand the overall financial health of the business.

Digital Transaction Security Remains a Priority

Amidst the increasing use of digital banking services, Siska is also aware of the importance of maintaining account and personal information security.

Using financial applications requires customers to be cautious, especially in keeping PINs, passwords, and One-Time Password (OTP) codes confidential.

This information should never be shared with other parties, including those claiming to be bank officials.

In addition to protecting data, users must ensure that transactions are conducted through official applications and double-check recipient information before transferring funds.

These steps are part of efforts to reduce the risk of transaction errors and unauthorized account access.

For Siska, the convenience of digital services must go hand-in-hand with security so that customers feel comfortable when performing transactions.

Hoping for Digital Services to Further Facilitate Merchants

Advancements in banking technology have changed how people access financial services. Activities that previously required customers to visit a bank branch or an ATM can now be partially performed via smartphones.

This shift provides an alternative for small business owners who need practical transaction access while busy running their businesses.

Siska hopes that digital banking services will continue to be developed to better suit the needs of the community, especially merchants and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

According to her, the ease of transaction is a supporting factor in running a business because it helps reduce the time required to manage banking needs.

"I hope services like this continue to be improved. Especially for merchants with busy schedules, the convenience of transacting via mobile phone is certainly very helpful," she concluded.

Siska's experience illustrates how the use of banking technology is becoming an integral part of daily trading activities.

For customers like her, BRImo is not only used for transfers or checking balances but also serves as a tool to monitor transactions related to business activities.

By utilizing BRI BritAma savings and BRImo services, Siska can manage various banking needs more flexibly without having to constantly leave her duties as a merchant.
