Several representatives from PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or SIG, including the SVP of Sales and GM of Channel SIG, also participated in the series of visits.

During the visitation, the management team met directly with several store owners and customers to discuss product requirements, sales conditions, market developments, and competition in each respective region.

In addition to identifying potential market development, the visit served as an opportunity for the company to gain a direct overview of distribution conditions and customer needs in the field.

PT Semen Tonasa President Director Anis stated that direct communication with customers is necessary for the company to obtain more accurate information regarding market conditions, including issues related to the availability of Semen Tonasa in several regions.

"This visitation is a momentum for us to hear directly the needs and feedback from customers. We are also here to explain openly regarding the scarcity of Semen Tonasa occurring in several areas, while ensuring that the company continues to strive to normalize supply so that customer needs can be met properly," said Anis.

According to him, feedback from customers also serves as material for the company to improve service and distribution management.

"Through closer communication, we can understand market conditions while continuously improving service and providing added value for customers," he said.

One of the customers visited, Reynaldi, owner of Toko Markolink, assessed that the direct visit by the management team opened up communication channels between the company and business players in the region.

"We highly appreciate the direct visit from the management of PT Semen Tonasa and SIG. This activity shows the company's attention to customers and serves as a good communication space to support cooperation and mutual business growth," said Reynaldi.

The visitation in North Maluku and North Sulawesi was also utilized to monitor market dynamics and identify sales opportunities in those marketing regions.

Through direct visits, Semen Tonasa hopes that distribution issues and customer needs in each region can be mapped more accurately so that supply and service to stores and consumers can be adjusted to market conditions.
