"This meeting is expected to be the first step in opening avenues for cooperation, particularly in the fields of economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, HR strengthening, and expanding partnership networks in North Sumatra," said Syukron.
According to him, collaboration with the business world can provide broader opportunities for Hidayatullah members, especially the younger generation, to develop their skills and contribute to productive economic activities.
Kadin Medan Encourages Mapping of Member Economic Potential
Chairman of Kadin Medan, Arman Chandra, welcomed Hidayatullah North Sumatra's initiative to build a partnership with the business sector.

Arman noted that social organizations have the potential to play a role in economic development, particularly through the networks of members and cadres spread across various regions.
"We welcome this meeting. The potential of Hidayatullah's network and members in various regions can be mapped together to become a real economic force that impacts the community," said Arman.
He emphasized the importance of mapping potential as an initial step to identify business sectors, skills, and economic development opportunities that can be pursued through collaboration.
Through this approach, the cooperation between social organizations and business players is expected to go beyond institutional communication and evolve into empowerment programs that provide direct benefits to the community.
Strengthening HR and Industry Networks a Priority
Meanwhile, Kadin Indonesia Regional Autonomy Board member, Tedja Somantri, highlighted the importance of increasing the capacity of the younger generation to face the evolving demands of the workforce and industry.
According to Tedja, religious and youth organizations need to continuously adapt to change while expanding relationships with industry players, academics, and the government.

"A broad network opens up great opportunities for the younger generation of Hidayatullah to excel, whether in the entrepreneurial sector, as professionals, or in social service," explained Tedja.
He views that connectivity with various sectors can help the younger generation gain access to opportunities for skill development, professional experience, and entrepreneurial activities.
In addition to discussing economic and entrepreneurial strengthening, the meeting also highlighted the importance of compiling a database of database young Hidayatullah members.
This database is expected to be used to map the potential, competencies, and areas of expertise of members so that HR development opportunities can be directed according to needs.
Strengthening the quality of educational institutions was also a topic of discussion, particularly in preparing the younger generation with skills relevant to the needs of the job market.
Both parties also discussed the need for follow-up after the audience so that the identified cooperation opportunities can be developed into more concrete activities.
