BOJONEGORO, JurnalPost.com – The convenience of transacting through digital banking services is increasingly being felt by the public. One such example is the BRImo application from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, which allows customers to top up their GoPay balances directly via their mobile phones.

This service serves as an alternative for people who want to top up their digital wallets without having to visit an ATM or a bank branch. By utilizing BRImo, customers can conduct transactions more flexibly, whether they are at home or going about their daily activities.

The use of digital wallets is becoming increasingly aligned with the needs of the public. GoPay, for instance, can be used to pay for online transportation services, order food, shop, and complete payments at various merchants that accept this payment method.

The ease of topping up balances through banking applications is one of the factors supporting the adoption of digital payment services.

GoPay Top-Ups Can Be Done via Smartphone

For BRI customers who already use BRImo, GoPay balance top-ups can be performed through the digital wallet feature available within the application.

Customers simply need to access BRImo, select the digital wallet top-up service, and then follow the transaction instructions displayed. Before completing the payment, users should ensure that the destination number and the top-up amount are correct.

Ratu stated that the existence of this service helps the public connect their banking transaction needs with the use of digital wallets.

"For customers who have a BRI account, the presence of BRImo also helps connect banking transaction needs with digital financial services. The top-up process can be done directly through the account they own," Ratu explained.

According to her, this convenience provides an option for people who need fast transaction services without having to interrupt their current activities.

Users also do not need to withdraw cash just to top up their digital wallet balance. As long as they have access to the application, an internet connection, and a sufficient account balance, the transaction process can be completed via smartphone.

BRImo Provides Various Digital Financial Services

Beyond just serving GoPay top-ups, BRImo also provides a number of banking features that customers can utilize to meet their daily financial needs.

Through the application, users can check account balances, view transaction history, make transfers, pay bills, purchase phone credit, and transact using QRIS.

The availability of various services in one application allows customers to manage their financial activities more practically. Users do not have to switch between multiple services to complete their banking transaction needs.

"These diverse features make financial transaction needs accessible within a single application. Customers can also monitor their account activity periodically, making it easier to track income and expenses," she said.

In addition to providing payment convenience, access to transaction history can also help customers monitor the use of funds from their accounts.

Thus, digital banking services function not only as a means of payment but also as a supporting tool for daily financial management.

Customers Urged to Pay Attention to Transaction Security

Although digital transactions offer convenience, customers still need to pay attention to security when using banking services or digital wallets.

Before topping up a GoPay balance via BRImo, users should ensure the destination number is correct and check the transaction amount and administrative fees displayed by the application.

Customers also need to maintain the confidentiality of their PIN, password, and OTP code so they are not misused by irresponsible parties.

Using official applications and exercising caution when receiving suspicious links or messages are important steps in maintaining the security of financial transactions.

Banking Digitalization Simplifies Public Activity

The development of the BRImo service is part of BRI's digital transformation in providing banking access that is increasingly easy for the public to reach.

The demand for practical payment services continues to grow alongside the increasing use of smartphones for various activities, including shopping and making non-cash payments.

For people with high mobility, the digital wallet top-up service through banking applications provides flexibility in determining the time and place of transactions.

"With BRImo, customers have an alternative to conduct transactions practically without always having to rely on direct banking services. This convenience is expected to support the increasingly dynamic financial activities of the public," Ratu concluded.

The ease of topping up GoPay via BRImo shows how banking services and digital wallets are becoming increasingly integrated to meet the public's transaction needs. With simpler access, users can make payments while managing their finances through the devices they use every day.
