BOJONEGORO, JurnalPost.com – The use of digital banking services through the BRImo application is increasingly assisting the activities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojonegoro Regency.
The ease of transactions offered allows business owners, including those in rural areas, to serve customers more quickly, securely, and efficiently.
One BRI customer, Suyanto, an agricultural supply business owner in Kalitidu District, stated that BRImo simplifies transactions with both customers and suppliers.
According to him, payments via bank transfer and QRIS are now widely used because they are considered more practical and do not require customers to carry cash.
“Now, many customers prefer transferring via BRImo. I don't need to worry about preparing change, and payments go directly into my account, making it safer and easier to monitor,” he said.
A similar convenience is felt by Nur Hidayah, a pottery artisan from Malo District.
She said that using BRImo helps her business activities, especially when serving buyers from outside the region who place orders online.
“If there is a pottery order from out of town, payment is usually made via transfer. With BRImo, I can immediately check incoming funds without having to go to a branch office. It saves time,” she said.
Nur Hidayah added that digital banking services also help her manage business transactions more systematically because payment history can be monitored through the application.
The use of digital services among MSME players is part of an adaptation to changing public transaction habits.
In addition to providing convenience for business owners, digital transactions also offer options for consumers who want a faster payment process that can be done via mobile phone.
For MSME players, the ease of monitoring transactions in real-time also helps in managing daily cash flow, especially when the business serves many customers or receives orders from outside the region.
The utilization of digital services is expected to further support the development of local businesses in Bojonegoro, including MSMEs located in districts and rural areas.
With increasingly easy access to transactions, business owners have the opportunity to reach a wider range of consumers while adapting their services to the habits of a public that is increasingly accustomed to using digital payments.
