BRI KUR supports rempeyek business growth

BOJONEGORO, JurnalPost.com — The People's Business Credit (KUR) from BRI has become a vital financing alternative for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) looking to expand their operations. This benefit has been experienced firsthand by Susi Liniswati, a rempeyek (traditional peanut cracker) producer from Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency.

Susi stated that the BRI KUR financing helped her strengthen the capital for the business she has been building for several years. The additional capital is used to meet raw material requirements, increase production capacity, and support daily operational needs.

"With the BRI KUR, the rempeyek business I run can develop much better. The capital obtained is very helpful for purchasing raw materials and meeting production demands," said Susi.

Before obtaining the KUR facility, Susi had to manage limited capital, which caused her business development process to move slowly. After receiving the additional financing, production activities can now be carried out more optimally to meet customer demand.

Susi's rempeyek products are marketed throughout the Bojonegoro region and several surrounding areas. As demand grows, the need for raw materials and production capacity has also increased.

According to Susi, the relatively easy access to financing and the affordable interest scheme are key factors that help MSME players maintain business sustainability.

She believes that capital support is essential for small businesses, especially when owners want to scale up production and expand their market reach.

"The service provided by BRI is also good, and the KUR application process is quite easy. I hope this program continues so that more small business owners can experience its benefits," she said.

Beyond helping with capital requirements, the financing facility is also seen as providing space for MSME players to be more confident in planning business expansion.

Susi hopes her business will continue to grow, increase production capacity, and reach a wider market. She also hopes that the growth of small businesses can have a positive impact on the local community's economy.

The presence of MSMEs is considered to play an important role in driving local economic activity. When businesses grow, the opportunities to increase community income and create new jobs also become greater.

Through financing access such as KUR, MSME players have the opportunity to strengthen their business structure while increasing the competitiveness of their products in an ever-evolving market.
